The most spacious and sunny cottage by the water, an ideal holiday format for a company or a family with children. Excellent combination of privacy and opportunities for common leisure.

Within walking distance from the hotel there are houses for year-round living by a family or a company of friends who prefer comfort and freedom. Spacious and cozy living room with a wood-burning stove-fireplace, sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs, Internet.

Two exits – central and on the patio with a view of water and access to fishing (in summer). Two bedrooms, each with a  shower-room, toiletries and a set of towels.

The house has 4 single beds 90x200 cm with mattresses by Setra Sanders.

Radiators in each room and shower-room. Parking for cars, a barbecue, separate sauna nearby (for an additional fee).

The house can accommodate at most up to 6 guests - 4 single beds and a pull-out sofa for 2 people (the sofa can be unfolded on request 2000 rubles / day for each guest).

Pets are allowed.
